The first really big event in history involving authentic's; it was July 4th weekend at Gettysburg and it was nationally televised. It was featured as a two full page photo in the National Geographic book "Visiting Our Past" published during the Bicentennial(1977). Bill Summers is the flag bearer, directly below him is Sgt. John Davidson, to his front is Gary Currens with bare head, and to the bottom rear of the flag can be seen Bill Williams and Pete Hall (no hat).
